April 24, 2003 C1SD renamed to ContentRefinery.com The lame (featureprice.com) hosting company I was using blocked the old account but doesn't have a way to update or re-subscribe. Song and dance of going through a major upgrade, etc. etc. After two weeks, I gave up --- hence the name change. Please pass along to those who may be interested. In honor of renaming the site, I've expanded the alumni group to include old friends from a former employer.

eScout "San Diego" Core group joins eScout April 7, 2003 The Commerce One presence in San Diego continues to dwindle. There's a group of seven who are still working through a transition period along with Curt McDowell who is selling hard for Commerce One. Best comment heard 'round the office halls from Curt is "the software actually works!!!" Considering his past experience in professional services, that is saying a lot! Maybe that's why the CMRC stock has actually gone up recently.... Getting news from some old ex-CMRC gang. Rumor has it that Brian has finally returned from his forays down under. We understand he's opened a new business making chocolate fudge. Click here to see the latest. Big Jim reminded me that the one year anniversary of the major RIF is coming up soon. Will be sending out info about a reunion to those who may be interested. Right now it looks like May 1st at the "Q" for a Thursday afternoon game and tailgate.
